IBEX Global has always been renowned of making positive contributions towards the betterment of society. We hold same importance for societal value addition as for providing top quality services to our clients and customers. We have been executing different CSR activities from time to time that create positive and affirmative influences on the society. As part of our recent CSR activities, we decided to spend some time with children of SOS Village Lahore to make them feel as an integral part of our society. For this purpose, we hosted an “Iftar with Stars” during the Holy month of Ramadan. A group of IBEX Global employees visited SOS Village, spent three hours with Stars of SOS Village and developed a very strong bond with them in this short amount of time. Due to the strong connection developed between employees and children, a family like environment seemed to be formed at SOS village which made children comfortable and they played games, took pictures and enjoyed their time with sheer delight. This depicted an immense feeling of ownership on our part by seeing the level of happiness and smiles on the faces of children. While sharing the happiness with external world, IBEX Global equally emphasizes on the importance of sharing joy and cheerfulness within its internal world. Recently before EID, we planned an Eidi collection drive within our organization at Lahore. Eidi was collected from all of our employees in Lahore for low-salaried staff in order to make our low-salaried employees feel an equal and significant part of the organization. All the employees contributed generously to make Eid special for the lower staff. A large amount was distributed among office boys, guards and drivers which shaped their Eid momentous topped with feeling of cheerfulness. IBEX Global has a clear vision for adding value towards the society by taking small steps with huge impacts.
